3 types of relationship problems

There are no more. Fact!

Take a look at the video first, where I explain which 3 problems they are. Then, below the video, try to guess on the model examples which type of problem it is.

Whose problem is this? Who should solve it?

  • He/she blames me for not cleaning and it annoys me
  • He/she cheats on me
  • He/she never appreciates me
  • My friend, she's mad at me for not calling her
  • I have trouble falling asleep, I still have to think about something, and then I'm tired in the morning
  • He/she doesn't do anything at home and he won't help me with anything

Let's now look at this optically with the 3 types of problems mentioned above.

It may be surprising to some and they would rather choose the option of seeing the cause of the problem in others.


You might even think, "Oh, so I'm actually to blame for everything? Everything is just my problem?"


Everything is not really your problem. Moreover, it's not even meant to be that way.

 
It's about realizing that if you feel bad about something, if something bothers you or annoys you, you are the one who feels bad. Not the other people. The others, in turn, have their own stupid feelings that they are responsible for.

And most importantly, you can work with those stupid feelings and get rid of them.

And believe me, it's much faster and more effective to process your negative feelings than it is to try to remake other people. Especially when they don't want to change.

Quite often, when you sort out your own blocks and agendas, it's the behavior of others towards you that starts to change.

It won't annoy you, and it won't create the emotional tension that would support that behavior. And that will stop it from happening in your life too!!
